INDO-GERMAN NACHKONTAKT ASSOCIATION @ HYD
INDO-GERMAN NACHKONTAKT ASSOCIATION (IGNA) was established in May 1985 with the support of Herr Wolfgang Meissner, the then Director of Max Mueller Bhavan, Hyderabad. It comprises mainly Scientists and technocrats who visited Germany for research/study from CSIR-National Geophysical Research Institute, CSIR-Indian Institute of Chemical Technology, CSIR-Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology, Electronic Corporation of India Ltd. and also from public sector undertakings and private business establishments located in Hyderabad. iGNA received financial support and guidance from Max Mueller Bhavan, Hyderabad till its closure in 1996. Afterward, it was supported by the Goethe Institute, Chennai; the consulate of Chennai, and DAAD, New Delhi. From 2010 onwards, it has been supported by the Goethe Institute, Hyderabad, and DAAD, New Delhi.
